In this role, you will assist private and corporate clients with global relocations\u2014offering tailored moving solutions and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You\u2019ll receive hands-on training from experienced consultants, develop strong sales and communication skills in an international logistics environment, and play a key role in our company\u2019s continued growth.<\/p>\n<h2>Your Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Advise and assist clients in choosing the right moving and relocation services for their individual needs.<\/li>\n<li>Respond promptly to incoming inquiries (phone, email, online) and follow up with potential customers.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct on-site and virtual surveys and prepare detailed quotations and pricing.<\/li>\n<li>Create proposals and shipping documentation in coordination with the operations team.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate client and sales records in the company\u2019s CRM system.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline internal processes.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services within the Atlas network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Your Profile<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Initial experience or strong interest in sales, logistics, or customer service (experience in the moving or relocation industry is an advantage).<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English; German proficiency and any other language is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Professional, customer-oriented, and detail-focused mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-driven attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and confident working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.<\/li>\n<li>Based in or around Zurich area<\/li>\n<li>Valid Category B driving licence.<\/li>\n<li>Swiss work permit or EU\/EFTA citizenship required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What We Offer<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible home office setup.<\/li>\n<li>Part time or full-time pending profile<\/li>\n<li>Permanent position with a structured onboarding program.<\/li>\n<li>Supportive, international team and modern, open working culture.<\/li>\n<li>Flat hierarchy, transparent communication, and opportunities for personal growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The Company<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Originating in The Netherlands, Atlas International Movers has over 40 years of experience providing the highest quality relocation services to its private and commercial customers.<\/li>\n<li>In January 2020, Atlas International Movers established our footprint in Switzerland operating in both Zurich and Basel.
